Normally produced with olives harvested at the end of October of different varieties. With balanced and complex aromatic notes suitable for all palates.
It can easily be combined with all the typical dishes of Italian cuisine. In particular, it is enhanced with cooked vegetables and legumes, soups and veloutés, sauces with the presence of tomato, fried prawns, fish, white meats, steamed vegetables, asparagus, carpaccio, pesto.
