Nach dem Kneten wird das \u00d6l mit unserem \"Dekanter\" in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang vom gemahlenen Olivenbrei getrennt. Unser zweistufiger Dekanter trennt das \u00d6l ohne Zugabe von Leitungswasser und verwendet nur das in der Olive nat\u00fcrlich vorhandene Vegetationswasser (das sehr reich an Antioxidantien ist), was einen gro\u00dfen Vorteil f\u00fcr die Umwelt und die Qualit\u00e4t des erzeugten \u00d6ls darstellt.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anschlie\u00dfend wird das \u00d6l so schnell wie m\u00f6glich gefiltert, damit die chemischen und organoleptischen Eigenschaften des frisch gepressten \u00d6ls l\u00e4nger erhalten bleiben. Anschlie\u00dfend wird es in Edelstahltanks in unserem Keller bei optimaler Lagertemperatur gelagert, gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils in Stickstoff.
